What is your current processing time?
Our processing time is the time it takes for us to process and ship your order. This is currently 1-7 days.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Please allow 15 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders to arrive. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, do not hesitate to contact us.

Will I get a customs charge?
Upon arrival, all international orders are subject to possible custom charges, taxes and any handling fees associated with that charge. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not the responsibility of Stick it Pretty.

Stick it Pretty is not responsible for any delays due to the customs clearance process.

I'm in the EU, can I purchase on this website?
Yes! However, please be aware that EU orders will be subject to custom charges, taxes and possible handling fees. These fees are the buyers responsibility. Stick it Pretty strongly advises customers in the EU to purchase via our Etsy store as these fees are included at point of checkout, rather than arrival into your destination country. 

I put in the wrong address, what do I do?
We send all orders to the address which is attached to your account at the point of checkout, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure this information is correct and up to date. We are unable to resolve issues of orders being sent to the wrong address. However, if your order has not yet dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send your order to the correct location.

If the order is returned to us and you would like it to be resent, an additional shipping fee will be incurred.

Can I return my order for a refund?
If you change your mind you can return the items to us within 30 days for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless the item(s) is faulty or there was a mistake on our part). If items are returned in an unsellable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We can not accept refunds on item(s) that are:

  • custom or personalised
  • on sale

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us to let us know.

Will I receive a tracking number?

As standard, all orders are sent without tracking (unless otherwise stated at checkout). If you wish to purchase tracking for your order, there is the option to do so at the point of checkout. 

What type of paper do you use?
Our sticker kits and icon stickers are printed onto a standard matte sticker paper. Our sticker packs use either a premium matte or matte vinyl sticker paper - please check product descriptions for more info.
